UPHALL BED AND BREAKFAST

TERMS AND TARRIFS

 

CONFIRMATION

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a deposit paid by credit/debit card. Bookings will not be taken from minors.

 

PAYMENT

Payment may be made by cash or debit/credit card.

 

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURES

Check- in is between 4pm and 9pm.  Earlier and later arrival times can be arranged with prior notice.

 

Guests are required to check out by 11:30am on their departure date.

 

BREAKFAST

A full Scottish Breakfast is served in the dining room between 7:30 am to 09:30am daily. 

 

CHILDREN/PETS

Uphall Bed and Breakfast is not suitable for children under 5 years old.  Pets are welcome and must be accompanied at all times.

 

PARKING

Off-street private car parking is available for guests.  The proprietors of Uphall Bed and Breakfast do not accept any responsibility for the loss, damage, theft or any injury incurred to vehicles or persons while parked in our forecourt.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the unlikely event that you may need to cancel your booking then the guest must notify us by telephone.

 

Cancellations 6 days or more prior to the arrival date we will refund to the guest the deposit paid.

 

Cancellations 5 days prior to the arrival date the guest will be liable for the deposit paid on confirmation of the booking.

 

Cancellations 4 days or less prior to the arrival date the guest will be responsible for the full cost of the booking, not including breakfast unless we can find an alternative guest in which case we will retain the deposit paid.

 

If guests must leave before their scheduled departure date then this will be treated as a cancellation of 4 days or less.

 

 

LOSS OR DAMAGE

Guests will be held responsible for any repair or replacement required due to breakages, loss or damage.  Rooms must be left in a presentable and clean condition.

 

 

SMOKING

For the comfort and safety of our guests and to meet government legislation, Uphall Bed and Breakfast operates a strict no smoking policy.

 

 

No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors of Uphall Bed and Breakfast for any loss, damage or injury to any persons or property while in the confines of Uphall Bed and Breakfast.
